I am not at home so i dont know if this is unmentioned in the new patch, so i guess that the changelog is correct and nothing is done to the sound yet.
So my question is:
"When will we have working sound?"
At first i didnt want to say anything because i though that this will be fixed with Dominion, but it seems that it is even worse after the newest expansion. I know that a lot of people have this bug where you have no sound in battle for some unknown reason.
Sometimes the sound works well, but in 2 of 3 cases, i hear very broken sounds. This happens mostly in battles.
I also know that a lot of threads have been bosted about it, with no consequences.
CCP hasnt even said anything about it or that someone is working on the problem, so i want to ask CCP directly.

This bug is known for a long time now (since apocrypha when i am right) and you think that i would be the first who makes a bug report about it?
I did that and i think a lot of people did that months before me -.-

how can you all show the devs how unimprtant this fix is for you? Dont you want to play Eve with sounds that work? Really, if you just comment with "LOL" or "Eve has sound?", its no wonder that the still havent fixed the problem...

Well spoken ...! Instead of fixing the problem we simply deactivate it. And next if CCP makes some graphical bug you will tell me to deactivate the graphics. No reason to fix problems.

In fact, thats exactly what it shall be. Communication between other ships and stations near stargates of stations. I like it a lot. It gives you the feeling that you are not completely alone in the universe.
WHY NO ANSWER FROM CCP ABOUT THE SOUND BUG!???
